4. B-Train Monsters selects C.Snyder and drops B.Crosby
5. Brighton Beach Bombers takes Gio Gonzales (SP) and drops Jurrjens, Jair (Sp)
6. Hitmen (from SI Maccabees) selects Brennan Boesch (OF) drops Desomd Jennings
7. Brigade (from Pirates) selects Mike Leake (SP) and drops Bud Norris (SP)
8. Medics (from SI Maccabees (from Hitmen)) selects M.Corpas and drops J.J.Putz
9. Assassins selects C.Silva and drops C.Zambrano
10. Diamond Cutters claim Brett Cecil SP - TOR Drop John Lannan SP - WAS


Trade: Hitmen move up to pick 6 in this round and send pick 8 in this round and Julio Lugo to SI Maccabees.
Trade: Tsunami trades W. Rodriguez (SP) and K. Morales (RP) to Hitmen for S. Kazmir (SP), T. Haffner (1B) and JJ Putz (RP)
