Title: Upcoming pre-season waiver pickups!!! Post by: Igorz88 on March 25, 2011, 05:51:24 AM After finally completeing our gruling and torturous for some fantasy baseball draft; many of you may be thinking "when can i drop this shit that picked up on the bench or starting lineup for that matter" Here is your answer: our waiver period will begin this coming Saturday at 1pm. You will have 3 opportunities to make changes to your teams: Satrurday 1pm, Tuesday 1pm and Thursday 1pm (the day the season begins). Most of you are familiar with the process: $100 virtual dollars, use them at will; by bidding on the players you want, simply emailing our dear friend Donkey with ur max amnt. (ex. I want Joe Shmo, i send Donkey email before 1pm on each of the above mentioned dates, stating i will add Joe Shmo for $15 (up to) and drop Shmo Joe. If no one else puts a claim on this player, i get him for a $1 not $15) Use ur money wisely they can and will dissapear quickly.
P.S. have more than one choice if u want to ensure that u get at least someone (if not this guy (_____), then i want this guy (______), also specify whom ur dropping. Remember SP for SP, RP for RP, and as long as u dont go below the minimum allowed postion players, u can drop a SS and pick up any position, if for example ur holding onto 4 SS's (3 in lineup, 1 on bench) at the time.
