Title: Closing statements for 2012-2013 Fantasy Hockey season
Post by: Igorz88 on May 15, 2013, 06:54:45 AM
First and foremost congratulations to the rookie (ZooKeepers) on winning his very first year (how funny things work, Vitaly had that core for two years and couldnt even get to top three and here another rookie comes in and wins it all ...previous winner: Steve in baseball)  Now the hard part, the very next year Steve finished last!!!! So keep it up big boy, another observation: I dont know how many of you would be willing to put themselves in the bottom three i certainly wouldnt but thats exactly what two owners did this year (for the good of next year ) Kudos to you Alan and Irvin.  Also kudos to Vultures for almost making it out of the bottom three (more importantly stating that not making the trades this year will give them the best chance to do so) Only one person has paid for hockey this year so please look at the list below and make it your responsibilty to pay up so our winners can get paid in a timely manner!!!

PS: This year only 8 out of 12 teams won at least $5 (our lowest output)

Now for the numbers:

1. Zookeepers win $900 (1st overall) + $50 (1st Roto) + $25 (Copo De Mundo) + $20 (4 weeks won) + $20 (2 months won) - $10 (2 waiver moves) - $150 (Hockey league fee) = Grand Total $855 ....Pending more winnings from playoffs????
2. Dx win $540 (2nd overall) + $5 (1 week won) - $10 (2 waiver moves) - $150 (hockey league fee) = Grand total $385
3. Russian Penguins win $360 (3rd overall) + $20 (3rd in Roto) + $10 (2 weeks won) + $10 (1 month won) - $10 (2 waiver moves) = Grand total $390
4. Staten Island Yetis win $30 (2nd in Roto) + $10 (2 weeks won) - $5 (1 waiver move) - $150 (Hockey league fee) = You owe me $115 plus baseball season money
5. NY Gladiators owes $150 (Hockey league fee) + $10 (2 waiver moves) = You owe me $160 plus baseball season money
6. Tsunami owes $150 (Hockey league fee) + $10 (2 waiver moves) = You owe me $160 plus baseball season money
7. Sokol/Mycop owes me $150 (Hockey league fee) + $10 (2 waiver moves) = You owe me $160 plus baseball money ...but you had an overpayment by $5 so you owe me $155
(BTW great job on storming out the basement in the second half)
8. Desna Chernigov wins $10 (2 weeks won) - $150 (Hockey league fee) - $5 (1 waiver move) - $10 (owed from previous seasons)= You owe me $155 plus baseball season money
9. Brooklyn Ruff Ryders owes me $150 (Hockey league fee) + $5 (1 waiver move) = You owe me $155
10. Chernomorec' wins $5 (1 week won) - $150 (Hockey league fee) - $10 (2 waiver moves) - $50 (10th place finish) = You owe me $205 ...but you too had a $5 credit, hence you owe me $200
11. Vultures win $5 (1 week won) - $150 (Hockey league fee) - $5 (1 waiver move) - $75 (11th place finish) = You owe me $225
12. Icemen win $5 (1 week won) - $150 (Hockey league fee) - $10 (2 waiver move) - $100 (Last place finish) - $20 (owed from previous seasons) = You owe me $275 plus baseball season money

...and that pretty much sums it up
