Blockbuster deal invoving two teams in the top four apparently going in different directions:

Dx decided to call it a year and sell J. Toews along with T. Vanek, D. Phaneuf and J. Halak to Tsunami; who is going for the gold this year (but to get some he needed to part with a big part of his future) so going back to Dx are : M. Ribeiro, T. Purcell, E. Karlsson (the prized d-man), I. Bryzgalov and C. Stewart, the two teams also swap their waiver priority in the upcoming mid-month waiver.
