7:10 pm: I get a phone call from Lou (not Donkey) “There was a trade PROPOSED that we kind of agreed on, but I need a confirmation from Donkey whom I cant get a hold off right now” Lou im sorry but I already sent out a txt mssg of the only trade that was announced before the deadline, if I send another one now some people may question and ask for a proof that it happened on time (via some sort of a time stamp e.i. txt or email) Sorry not right for the league. Lou says OK, wont argue on this.

8:07 pm: Txtng from Boris begins, “I assume you said no”
8:08pm: Igor: What? It’s a done deal buddy (I though he was replying to an earlier announced 3-way deal)

After which came a series of my failed phone calls which you haven’t answered until about 9pm the next day when you tried calling me ..but I was busy

Phew!!! How is that for airing the laundry…(i didnt try to "be funny" as you put it, i simply stated the facts, but i think this was far more entertaing) my initial message yesterday simple stated respect others don’t think that you (general , not u specifically) better than others and deserve special treatment, today its 10-15 miniutes next year its 30 and so forth

One other thing Donkey told me yesterday that he never agreed nor was planning to agree to your deals unless u accepted his ORIGINAL offer, so u wasted a lot of time and energy into something that wasn’t even going to happen

So there you have it, I believe you owe the league an apology for even trying to pursue a deal after the designated deadline (and supposedly trying to say that the deal was in place before 7pm…which both Lou and Donk confirmed that it was NOT)
What you from this point is totally up to you, tebya nikto ne vigonyayet just asing to u play fair, you want quit? Well that’s your choice, but if you cant take the heat don’t go into the kitchen (and by the looks of it you cant)

Dear Newbies:

(can I call u that? Ilya Irvin..u kind of are though and don’t know everything about this league, I appreciate your feedback, even though neither one of you stated whether you think that its ok that Boris would try to do the deal after the designated deadline)
And this is a big deal in our league people are afraid to speak out and try to stay neutral (politically correct if you will) although to me personally they say that im right
Ilya back in the day our trade deadline was much more fun than it is now, we used to meet the night of spend a few hours , have some food and make some trades. Unfortunately people stopped being interested in meeting deadlines so we went away from it and since the actual deadline is usually 4pm and only a few actually wanted to meet we saw no reason to extend it past the games times, because in all honesty and you ask your brother that, you shouldn’t be waiting until 5 to 7 to do the deals anyways. Plan ahead, the actual baseball deadline rarely makes a difference ask Marat when I started talking to him about side deals? We can look back into meeting deadlines if people actually want it…but I have my doubts with that…you can prove me wrong guys

Irvin I know u want to be involved and I applaud that …although this is another thing that we used to do before every draft is discuss minor tweeks and changes for the upcoming season, but this too people stopped caring about; and I even distinctly remember hearing someone say “Lets just draft, you come up with the rules and tell us” so unfortunately we stopped that too. But this too can be restarted if people show interest in doing so…
So again people prove me wrong and speak out; on all counts…especially Did Boris try to do the right thing? And would you be ok with it, if it affected you and I were to not be Gosha as Boris nicely put it and let him make the trade after the deadline? Time is ticking …. Hockey starting soon!!!!
